1. How AssetBuddy Is Delivered

AssetBuddy does not sell or ship any physical products. AssetBuddy is delivered entirely digitally, via your account on this website:

• A free account is available immediately after you sign up and confirm your email address.
• A paid plan is activated automatically and immediately once your payment is confirmed by PayFast -- there is no manual processing step or waiting period.

2. Delays

If your account or plan doesn't activate as expected, or a payment doesn't reflect within a few minutes, contact us using the details on our Contact Us page and we'll look into it.
